*G* You know what this means, don't you? We have to start a thread about "misunderstood" lyrics!

For example, remember "Fire" by the Pointer Sisters, with the line:

"Romeo and Juliet... Samson and Delilah"

My mom always thought it was "Roll me over, Juliet... Samson and Delilah".

I always liked the Manfred Mann song "Blinded By the Light" where it sounds like they say:

".....revved up like a DOUCHE, another runner in the night..."

I guess it's really "Duce" but....that guy needs to ennunciate better then!

Personally, though, I never thought John Fogerty was singing "Theeeere's a Bathroom on the Right" for "Theeeere's a Bad Moon on the Rise"... *G*
