From "She Who Sucks At Birthdays"...!|
Just FYI - I don't keep a calendar, so the only way I know when somebody has a birthday is when somebody ELSE wishes them a happy birthday! Yes... I lose at birthdays. *hangs head*
But... Happy Birthday to piratesorka
Hey,. don't feel bad. I am exactly the same! Besides, any birthday wish is better than no birthday wish. So thanks lots and lots sweetie!
Thanks sweetie.... we just got back from celebrating in Niagara Falls Canada -- and I suck at remembering birthdays even worse than you do -- so for any of YOURS that I forgot, I hope you can forgive me.
*L*! Not a problem! I take it that you and (darn, I forgot her name! sorry!) are still together then? That's great.
You know, I've been to Toronto 3 times, and STILL haven't made it to Niagara Falls!
Her name is Edie (and we are not only still together, but we are still very much in love and will celebrate our 2nd anniversary in 2 weeks). :-)
I'm writing up a report on my trip to Niagara, so you can read that in a few minutes. It's worth the trip, even if just because it's such a cornball place. The Falls themselves are magnifiicent and awe-inspiring, but the town itself is really chaotic and nuts.
Just bear in mind that after the end of this year, you'll need a passport to get back into America.
*G* I take it you went to the American side AND the Canadian one, then?
(so glad you guys are still in love! say hi to Edie for me; she was so wonderful when you two visited. wow - was that just last October?)

We stayed on the Canadian side, never visited the American side (no time to do both really).... and Edie was in full "Sam" mode -- made me feel like a princess. :-)
BTW, when I told her that you were selling the house... she was genuinely sad that we couldn't buy it -- the vibe there was wonderful and it was so hobbity.
Oh, that's so sweet! I know; I wish I could move it up to Chicago.
