The Nine Circles of Hell for Geeks!
This... is genius - and so true!: http://www.livejournal.com/users/dazz/412509.html?mode=reply&style=mine (stolen from green_queen, who mentioned it in her LJ)

And... what - NO comments on the Good Omens fics? Not interested? Already read them? Tootsiemuppet not reading LJ lately? *G* And, perhaps OCH and potatobiscuit are buried in exams? Bad timing on my part!

Damn... I need to upload my Elijah Geek icon again!

*L*! It's a book that Gilly (and a lot of the rest of us geeks) love. It's co-written by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. It's about the end of the world, and the fics are about two of the cast of characters. They're interesting because they're a demon and an angel - who are friends. *G*

{SMILE} The geek hells are cute. {BIG SMILE}

I don't know Good Omens well enough. However, that did remind me of a Pratchett-puzzle: since when was Ankh-Morpork in the UK? http://www.livejournal.com/schools/?ctc=UK&sc=

{chuckle, SMILE}

If you like Pratchett, you should read it - it's very good. *S*

{Chuckle, SMILE} Actually, Terry Pratchett is at the top of the list of writers some of my friends keep encouraging me to read. They've touted several lines in Discworld on many occasions, as well as Good Omens more than once. {chuckle, SMILE}

I do mean to check him out soon. I just have to catch up on reading the authors I do follow, and squeeze in a couple of must-see movies, and finish writing another story.... I really do mean to get to something by him soon. {Amused SMILE, REALLY BIG GRIN, wink, REALLY BIG GRIN}

Hey! I was just browsing the ORC community, and came across a post where you commented that you might be interested in buying a ticket! Are you really considering going? Oh, that would be so wonderful! Hopefully at some point we could meet up. Are you looking for a room?

Just considering it at this point. The thought of not being there to photograph Billy is painful!

Hehe, that Geek's hell is pretty awesome. Although it's rather hip-geek heavy (that's kind of oxymoronic... but basically all the fandoms that are really popular lately)... if it were a true multi-faceted Geek hell, it would also include plenty of gaming, computer and at least on They Might Be Giants reference. :D
