Arrrgh... what a turnoff!
They're showing that voiced-over recap of last year's LOST again, before the actual first episode.

*finds something else to watch - it's so damn annoying*

Hey, question! I read something where they were talking about some huge part of the plane that accidentally fell by Dominic, but didn't get to see or hear it all. Were they saying that a huge piece really did accidentally fall by Dom? If so, did it happen and them give them the idea for re-creating it on the show? Or was the clip on the show from when it actually happened (which I find very unlikely)? Or were they just confused, and assumed the bit on the show was real, when it wasn't.

Are you on a different timezone from me now?

Well, I don't know. Ummmm.... yes! Half of the year we're on your timezone, and half of the year we're not.

It's silly of me to explain, because next year it's going to go away, but, in short: Indiana (or most of it) does not observe Daylight Savings time. That means we're on Central Standard Time all the time. In the winter, you and I are on the same time. But when you go to Daylight Savings, we don't, and we end up being on the same time as Eastern Daylight Savings.

Aren't you glad you asked? *G*

You mean it's going to go away if they don't find a way to screw it up. Various factions have fought it for so long, I won't believe it until it actually changes.

(Hello. We met briefly in Chicago on Sept. 9th at the "line party" for Green Street Hooligans.) (Smile)

I remember you! *S* *waves*

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of Daylight Savings Time. But it IS goofy being different from the rest of the country. I remember missing a funeral by an hour once when I had to drive from Chicago to Indiana, because I forgot about the change. Ironic that they finally change it when I move down here.
