In which Ros forgives Patrick O'Brian...
for his sin of omission, after reading the following passage on page 10 of "Blue At The Mizzen" (Jack has just ordered to have a reliable seaman accompany a young midshipmen to see the Admiral):

*L*! I don't know if non-hobbit O'Brian would appreciate the saying, but I'm sure he'd appreciate the sentiment behind it. *G*
