Happy Birthday, Gayalithiel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
May your day be full of fun, and may you stay forever young, in your heart. *G*

And for the rest of you, let's see how many of you recognize yourselves in this list. All who do, please reply with a Santa-hatted icon of your choice... *ggl*:

11 Ways Geeks Celebrate Christmas

11. Mountain Dew-nog
10. Printing out "One Year of Free Computer Service" certificates to give to the family.
9. Designing elf-killing levels for your favorite FPS.
8. Explaining to children how it would be physically impossible for Santa to deliver all the presents.
7. Wear mistletoe hat and keep fingers crossed.
6. Devise a computer-controlled system to detect and prevent household members from trying to peek into their presents before Christmas.
5. Put a santa hat on your avatar.
4. Change the blue neon lights in the case to flashing red and green.
3. Decorating the tree with SDRAM and CPUs burned out from your last overclocking experiment.
2. Rewriting Christmas carols in Tolkien's Elvish.
1. Programming the christmas lights to flash out "I hate this holiday of unbridled consumerism" in binary.

*G* I do have the Elijah-in-a-Santa-hat icon, but does having my other icon dressed up as Rudolph also qualify?

. Decorating the tree with SDRAM and CPUs burned out from your last overclocking experiment.

Does making presents with pieces of CPUs from your friend's last overclocking experiment count? ^^

My Cedric Cthulhu is cute as he is.

I'm not entirely sure what overclocking is myself, but it's something you can do to the internal clock of a computer to make it run artificially faster.

My friend failed at this, and I'm making jewelry out of the insides of his old computer. Have you ever seen the inside of a computer? Gorgeous. Wouldn't want it to go to waste ^^ Plus, there's plenty of broken bits around, so it's free material.
